Mr. Koedding brings over 20 years of experience providing business strategy and technology advice and guidance to Fortune 500 executives in a myriad of industries. He has deep expertise in strategic planning, organizational design, process optimization, sales, marketing, logistics, customer service, and financial management. Mr. Koedding has a BA in Business Administration from The State University of New York at Buffalo and has completed his NABCEP Certified training; and his Generac Sales and Service Certification. Mr. Koedding is responsible for managing the business strategy and financial operations of the business.

Christopher R. Torre, Partner, Engineering and Technology

Mr. Torre is a professional with over 25 years of experience in technical design, monitoring and project management. Mr. Torre has been recognized by the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners as having demonstrated knowledge of the fundamental principles of the application, design, installation and operation of Photovoltaic solar systems. Christopher has been recognized by NABCEP on an online directory (NABCEP# PVA-111016-016148), and was provided with rights to utilize NABCEP Associate word and trade-marks to recognize his accomplishment to others. Mr. Torre is responsible for managing our solar panel design and installation teams as well and managing our remote monitoring and solar energy optimization services.

N. Natale, Team Lead, Solar Provisioning
Mr. Natale has led over a dozen solar installations for Green Sun. He is responsible for organizing and managing a cross-functional team of electrical and non-electrical PV installers to ensure the highest quality installation for our clients. He has also been a carpenter for the Local Union #2250 for over 20 years and has deep expertise in roofing, siding, window installation, home solar panel installations and remodeling.

J. Toth, Senior Solar Installer
Mr. Toth has been a carpenter for the Local Union #2250 for over 20 years and has deep expertise in roofing, siding, window installation, home solar panel installations and remodeling. Mr. Toth is responsible for ensuring that the solar racking systems are configured and installed properly.

Mark William Lepine, 61, of Middletown, passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, October 9, 2011. Mark is predeceased by his parents, John F. and Elizabeth Ann Courtney Lepine. Surviving is his wife, Barbara Lehn Lepine; his five children, Matthew, Courtney, Katie, Kelly, and Tracey; his nine grandchildren; his two sisters, Kitty Ostach and Mary Beauregard; and his brother, Johnny Lepine.
