SolarBase™ is more than a solar panel installation, it's a long-term energy management program designed to maximize your energy production and financial returns. Since SolarBase™ is not a solar lease the Net Return is your profit – not a Leasing Company’s.

Government Program Administration

The combination of federal, local and utility based programs can provide over 100% of the money required to purchase and install your solar energy solution!

But, these programs are extremely difficult to apply for and in many cases require ongoing administration. Our team is well versed in each of these programs and will ensure that you receive the maximum available benefit. We will coordinate, manage and administer these programs for the term of our contract.

Financial Coordination and SREC Management

During our Solar Evaluation, we will determine if your system qualifies for the government sponsored programs and incentives and also if it will qualify for the SolarBase™ Program. For the SolarBase™ Program to work properly, we need to ensure that your system will generate enough power and SRECs to not only fund the financing of your installation, but also generate a profit for you.

Our financing professionals and lending partners will work with you to find the best possible financing solution for you, based on your tolerance for risk/reward and credit status, and the equity in your home!

Once your system is provisioned, we will set-up a brokerage account for you and then manage and sell your SRECs. The proceeds, less our brokerage/administrative fees, will be sent to you in accordance with the SolarBase™ Program that you select

All of our SolarBase™ systems are custom designed to minimize your up-front investment and maximize your long-term energy production.

Our Solar Engineers will conduct a complete solar evaluation of your property to determine the best possible location for your solar array and provide you with a detailed design of the proposed system.

We will configure your system with market leading solar panels, micro-inverters, and racking systems, to ensure the most cost-effective installation that yields the highest possible energy output and return on investment.

Solar Installation, Testing, and Provisioning

We will install and test your system to ensure the highest level of efficiency and client satisfaction. All of our solar installations are designed and supervised by NABCEP (National Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) trained professionals.

QuickRack Rail-Free Mounting System
Building the right infrastructure is a key element to ensuing the long-term viability of your investment. That's why we selected the QuickRack rail-free mounting system, which eliminates the need for unsightly rails and separate grounding hardware while offering a superior aesthetic approach. Made in the U.S.A., QuickRack is a simple, cost-effective and elegant rail-free solar mounting system for composition/asphalt shingle roofs. Featuring QRack® technology, the system is an integrated roof mount and racking system, engineered to be robust and structurally sound and featuring QuickMount PV's patented Elevated Water Seal Technology.

EnPhase Micro-Inverters
The use of EnPhase micro-inverters enables our clients to increase their energy harvest by up to 25% over systems using traditional inverters! Traditional inverters depend on a minimum amount of DC electrical current to be generated before turning on. When you use EnPhase micro-inverters, this conversion takes place under each individual solar panel. So, when there is shade on part of your house, the sunny side can still produce electricity. This also takes better advantage of the “solar window” allowing you to receive a boost of energy in the early morning and late afternoon.

EnPhaes micro-inverters come with a 25 year replacement warranty.

Envoy Communications Gateway
Enphase Envoy is a communications gateway that collects performance information for each solar module in your system and transmits this data to a secure website, where we can view and manage the performance of your solar power system! Enlighten is continuously monitoring the performance your system, and our team is alerted upon certain conditions and problems so we can address the issue through a maintenance call.

Our ValueBase Product Line. For our more value minded client's, we created our ValueBase program. Here we utilize LG Mono XNeON and Hyundai Heavy Industry Solar Panels, SolarEdge Inverters with Power Optimizers (in place of EhPhase micro-inverters), and the Quick Rack rail-free mounting system.

SolarEdge Inverter and Power Optimizers
SolarEdge invented an intelligent inverter solution that revolutionized the way power is harvested and managed in a solar photovoltaic (PV) system. The SolarEdge direct current (‘‘DC’’) optimized inverter system maximizes power generation at the individual PV module level while lowering the cost of energy produced by the solar PV system.

The SolarEdge system enables superior power harvesting and module management by deploying power optimizers to each PV module while maintaining a competitive system cost by keeping the alternating current (‘‘AC’’) inversion and grid interaction centralized using a simplified DC-AC inverter.

SolarEdge inverters come standard with a 12 year warranty and the power optimizers include a 25 year warranty. As part of our ValueBase program, we purchase an upgrade from SolarEdge to bring the inverter warranty to a full 25 years.

Our EcoBase Product Line. For our more budget minded client's, we created our EcoBase program. Here we utilize LG Mono XNeON, Canadian Solar, or Hyundai Heavy Industry Solar Panels, SolarEdge Inverters with Power Optimizers (in place of EhPhase micro-inverters), and the Unirac mounting system.
